The Easy Photo Cartoonizer Pro 1.29

After seeing the standard version of the program (a.k.a. Lite) being downloaded tens of thousands of times without receiving any gratification from its users and worried about the bills I have to pay, I had to decide whether to abandon this project or to create a non-standard version of the program (a.k.a. Pro), which would be given to those that make a donation.

Taking into account what has been said above, I have decided to give another chance to this project and, as so, the Pro version of the program has been created.

In order to entice users to make donations, the Pro version will always have more capabilities than the Lite one. Specifically, at the moment, the Pro version has the following added capabilities:

1) while the lite version limits the browsing mode to the first 50 images found on the search path, the pro version has no limit at all;

2) besides saving images as either 24bpp or 32bpp, whenever possible, it also saves images as 1bpp, 4bpp, or 8bpp, in order to generate the smallest file size without loss of quality;

3) besides the two gamma correction modes of the lite version, the pro version has one more, which is characterized by letting one to choose, per RGB channel (red, green, and blue), whether to darken, to brighten, or to maintain it, instead of obliging the choice (to darken, to brighten, or to maintain) to be the same for the 3 rgb channels.

The links to download the Pro version of the program are sent by email to those that make a donation to this project.

The program can be downloaded in two different formats: as an executable file or as a compressed one.

The executable file can be executed from the target location (assuming you have executing privileges on that folder) as soon as the download finishes; for this reason, some browsers refuse to download this kind of files, as they can be an easy vector for viruses.

If your browser is one of those that dislikes executable files, then you can download the desired program in a compressed format; this format obliges you to decompress the executable file before you can use it. After it is decompressed (assuming you have executing privileges on the folder to where it is decompressed), you can start using the program as if it had been directly downloaded as an executable file.

For some of the programs, the compressed file, besides the executable one, contains other files that when not present in the folder where the executable is located are unpacked by it when it is executed.

Some of these other files are shared by more than one of the programs; thus, if you use more than one of them, you should run them from the same folder, because, in this case, only one group of the shared files takes space in your disk.
